Payment ( Dutch account)
For our customers with a dutch bank account availlable IDEAL is the prefered method of payment. IDEAL is quick and safe. Payment is arranged through your own online banking system. There are no extra charges. One can also make a payment by bank transaction. Please mention the number of your order that is noted in the email received. Kampeergoed sends a Confirmation when a payment is received. When you do use ideal the procedure starts at the end of the ordering procedure. More info: ideal.nl.

Payment (foreingh account and Belgium)
Ideal is not possible for our belgium customers whitout a dutch account. For our Belgium customers a Belgium Kampeergoed account is availlable. The number of the ING account: 363-0466610-80 Kampeergoed Eindhoven. (Melaminegoed is part of Kampeergoed!)
A transaction from a belgium bankaccount doesn't need IBAN and/or BIC numbers. In the ordering proces the Belgium account will be mentioned. A confirmation will be send after receiving your order.

Pick up an order
Pick up of an order is possible between 8.00 en 1800h. The location: Dillenburgstraat 28, 5652 AP Eindhoven. A 'ready for pick up"message will be sent when "pick up "was selected as method of shipment in the process of ordering. Cash payment is possible as well as payment in advance.

When will my order be sent?
Melaminegoed starts with your order immediately after reception. Shipment takes place after receiving your payment.

Change or cancel an order
After placing your order a confirmation is sent by email. In this email you will find a hyperlink for changing or cancelling your order. There are no extra charges. Please let us know your changes as soon as possible. After shipment cancelling is still an option.

Shipment
Shipment cost will be € 7,95 at most. A reduction is gradualy administered when more articles are added to your cart.
Belgium: same rates.
Exceptions: a shipment exceeding 30 kg or 1.70m

What does it mean: Cooling down?
The period of cooling down gives our customers extra time (7 days) to reconsider the purchase. within these 7 days starting after receiving our shipment it can be returned without the addition of extra charges. (except cost for shipment). Please respect the conditions when you need to reconsider: do not open the parcel, do not use the product. Explanation can be found in the terms and conditions part 7.

Registering means your data ( purchases incl ) will be kept and be secured by an unique combination of email adress and password. This account is only for the use of our customers. Kampeergoed doesn't use this account.

F.a.q.
I can't find my purchase while login in
I did not register while ordering. I changed my mind and registerd my client data afterwards. Login is now possible but I can't find my order!
Your order was received properly and is being processed. Your created an account after your purchase. Our computers however do not regognize the same client registering client data. However the client data match, in our systems there are now to unique customers. Therefore the purchases of one client will not be added to the account of an other client.

I did not receive an email after ordering
Most likely the email adress supplied is not correct. Kampeergoed received your order anyway. Please let us know the correct adress by email (info@kampeergoed.nl) A new confirmation will be sent.
